Finch Souvannasoth – Minneapolis MN
Finch is an Asian American man in his early 20s who enjoys capturing moments and telling the stories that are given. Finch’s interest in writing has been with him since a young age. When he was barely six years old he wrote a short story, simply about a camping trip. As the years progressed, he began reading classic works of fiction such as The Lord of the Rings, The Catcher in the Rye, and The Odyssey. From this fertile soil sprang a love and respect for writing.
Writing had always been a passion of Finch’s set on the back burner, waiting for it to be needed. Photography, on the other hand, has been something he has taken an interest in only quite recently. After a friend lent him a film camera, a camera he would later be given by the same friend, Finch found that he not only enjoyed the process of taking photos but liked the end result.
